A thoughtful boost for workouts and tea time
When I drink Milo, my blood sugar shoots straight up to 8.0, but after eating Pick A Bar, my blood sugar only slowly rises to 6.3 — that’s considered low GI, and then it gradually comes down. For someone like me who needs to control blood sugar, this is really friendly! I usually eat one before exercising or during afternoon tea. After eating, I feel more energetic and can work better.
