2.4 You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Upon deletion, any unused CHEVIN Points, vouchers, and pending rewards will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Pricing

5.1 CHEVIN offers a Referral Program for Members and a Brand Partner Program for approved affiliates. Details of rewards, eligibility, and conditions are governed by the applicable program terms published on the platform.

5.2 Where you access the website, register an account, or make a purchase through a referral link or any other referral source, your activity may be recorded and associated with such referral source for tracking, reporting, and reward purposes.

5.3 Referral sources may include Brand Partners, Members, or marketing and promotional channels. Different referral sources may be subject to different reward structures. 5.4 Where more than one referral source is involved, attribution shall be determined solely based on CHEVIN’s system records, tracking mechanisms, and internal rules. No user, Member, or Brand Partner shall have ownership, exclusivity, or permanent entitlement over any customer, account, or transaction.

5.5 All rewards, benefits, and commission are subject to validation, eligibility criteria, and CHEVIN’s final determination. CHEVIN reserves the absolute right to determine, assign, adjust, or decline any referral attribution, reward, or commission, including in cases of conflicting referral sources, system limitations, suspected abuse, or any other circumstances deemed relevant. All decisions made by CHEVIN in relation to referral tracking, attribution, and rewards shall be final and binding.

5.6 Participation in the Brand Partner Program is subject to separate Terms and Conditions, Rules & Regulations, and approval by CHEVIN.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to CHEVIN’s Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You are advised to review the Return & Refund Policy before making any purchase.
