Noticeable relief when taken during flare-ups

Before starting this, I was already taking R3, and my sinus symptoms had improved quite a lot. However, due to hereditary sinusitis, flare-ups would still happen occasionally, with heavy runny nose and constant sneezing. On two occasions, when a flare-up occurred, I took two sachets of Gard U, and within about two hours, I could clearly feel the improvement-the runny nose and sneezing stopped. It was honestly quite a pleasant surprise.
