convenient, private and informative retail experience for Customer and Dealer
to purchase products and services. All matters regarding the member
administration of the company shall follow these Terms and Conditions. These
rules and regulations shall be applicable to all Customers and Dealers.
Chevin wants each visitor to the Site ("you") to have a safe, pleasurable visit, so we have established the following terms and conditions so that we both know what to expect from each other. By using the Site you agree to be bound by the terms following. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Anyone can register as a member regardless of age, gender, education, race, religion, or status. However, subject to the following instructions:
Officers and Employees of the company and its subsidiaries
Persons are under 18 years of age
Failure to observe the restriction by the registrant, the company may cancel the membership immediately and will have no obligation whatsoever.
Successful membership enrolment will only take effect upon the company's review of all the information and documents provided by the registrant.
Member must select only one type of membership from Customer and Dealer
All members must use their legal name and IC number for registration purpose
Member who has opted for Dealer membership must provide document such as MyKad or MyPR card as required by company.
Member must certify that all of the information provided are complete and accurate, including the information of the sponsoring member.
The company reserves the right to review for any duration after registration. Access to website after registration does not warrant acceptance by the Company. Once the membership registered, members are not allowed to make any changes to their name and IC/PR card number.
Upgrade rank by fulfilling the price difference between the current package and the package you wish to upgrade, only applicable
within a month starting from the date of registration. After a month, OBP will need to purchase the package with original price.
Under the Member Reassignment Protocol, if the current sponsor's account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months, fails to meet the qualification for Group Sales Commission during this period, or fails to provide guidance to their downline (OBP), the company reserves the right to reassign the primary sponsor without prior notice.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
You are responsible for your own access and use of the Chevin services and accept the following terms:
after you have created an account with Chevin, you may use the site to search, view content and products, purchase products and interact with the material made available;
Chevin has the right to make any changes to the services and products at any time including any action to modify, amend, suspend or discontinue all of or any part of the services or products within Chevin's discretion and without notice;
usage of the Chevin website products and services is for personal use only and is not to be used for any other purpose other than the purpose established by this Agreement;
you are responsible to ensure the safety and compatibility of the services and products provided by Chevin for your own usage, consumption or dealing;
you acknowledge that your Dealer account is not a secure data storage facility for primary information that you wish to retain. Chevin reserves the right to delete content stored using the Chevin website at any time without notice. If you want to secure your Content, you should take other measures to ensure safe and secure storage of your Content.

Exclusion of Liability & Indemnity
You at all times will indemnify Chevin and their officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors in respect of any Claim that is suffered or incurred by them arising in whole or in part out of use of this Site, your connection to the Site, your purchase of products or services via the Site, arising out of the content you submit on the Site, of or as a result of a breach of these Terms or due to any unlawful conduct committed by You. Chevin is not liable to You in respect of any Claim against Chevin that arises in connection with this Agreement and You now and continue to hold harmless and keep indemnified Chevin against any and all Claims at all times.
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed. This is done to protect the security of your credit card details, as we do not store your card details at any point. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Chevin reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Chevin may terminate your access, or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licensor, service provider, or us.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
These terms are effective even if this Agreement is terminated by either party. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the Site. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site.
Rejoining can only be considered one year after the withdrawal from the termination date. The company reserves the right to terminate or impose a penalty on members who have infringed any one of the rules as per Chevin membership agreement and the Malaysian government rules.
