Refund and Exchange Policy

Chevin is committed to providing customers with first-class quality products. It is in our best interest to ensure that the products purchased are intact. However, we are happy to replace defective products returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

The Company will provide an exchange for any product that is defective, incorrectly sent, or damaged during shipment if purchased directly from the Company.Products sold are non-refundable. All defect products may be exchanged with an original receipt/invoice or mail order packing invoice.

The Company does not refund the original or return shipping costs on returned products. The defect product must be returned through a traceable delivery system. It is the responsibility of the party returning the product to track the shipment. The Company is not responsible for product that is lost or damaged during shipment. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.

CHEVIN SDN BHD reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
